help... (with Calc)  
Now I am not a spreasheeting (or maths) wizz, and have to create a pie chart for a University essay showing levels of information publically available from a range of colleges, a certain amount had none, a few had brief mention, and two had full policies available. How on earth do I input this into Calc to create a pie chart? 

sorry if it sounds thick, spreadsheeting and numbers are not my strong point in life!

Hi. Let's see if this can help.

You should write that information into calc, using two columns. One would be the College Names, and the other would be the levels of information.

Once you're done, select the square section with the College names and the levels of information and look for the Graph Button on the Standard Toolbar, or else directly go through the menu to Insert, Graph.

Calc should present you with a Bar Graph. You then need to choose the Pie Chart, and that would be all. You can finish the graph right there or else you can click on the NEXT button to customize it to suit your needs ( titles,etc...).

Hope this helps. You should not find any difficulties to get through it.
